Armed with an MBA in Marketing and seven years of experience across HR, EdTech, and Real Estate, Sooraj brings a rare mix of creative storytelling and strategic business vision to Sovyn.

Widely known as the “Mallu Broker” , Sooraj has built a strong digital presence that informs and engages thousands of aspiring investors and homebuyers. He leads Sovyn’s marketing and content strategy, ensuring our clients stay ahead in a fast-changing market while keeping innovation at the heart of everything we do.

Co-founder

An Engineer with a Master’s in Data Science, Vyshakh’s real estate journey began in 2015 in Kerala, India, where his passion for property sales first took shape.

Over the years, Vyshakh has gained extensive real estate experience across India, London, and now Dubai, transforming his passion into a mission — helping people find homes that truly resonate with their dreams and lifestyles.
